We avoid unpleasant surprises like difficult neighbors, unscrupulous owners, noisy neighborhoods, and we accompany and assist you during visits to the selected homes. Prior to visits, we will give you a detailed inspection report of each pre-selected property with description and photos.
You can pay by check or by bank transfer to our bank account in France or in Spain.

In all cases, you will have a receipt and an invoice that details the service or services performed.
Yes, by email or on-site during our meeting in Valencia. A summary and description of the requested services will be provided with the corresponding price. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of signing the contract. To start the search for a property, a single payment of 300 euros is required.
